- The paddle vacuum mixer is designed for mixing meat stuffings in the production of cold meats, delicatessen, canned goods, vegetables, fruits, sauces, etc.
- The device manufactured by NIRO-TECHis equipped with two counter-rotating blade mixers powered by one high-power electric motor, the whole unit is connected by a chain transmission. The selection of construction materials and the construction of paddle mixers meet the highest requirements of the European Union markets. The machine is made entirely of acid-resistant steel or other materials certified for contact with food. The unique shape of the paddle mixer bowl prevents product residues from accumulating, making it easier to unload and maintain cleanliness. Our paddle mixer is adapted to work with standard stuffing trolleys with a capacity of 200 l. The machine is entirely made of acid-resistant steel, which allows you to keep the device clean.
