CDC- A 800

The CDC-A 800 fully automatic double clip machine combines reliability, performance and effectiveness. With the CDC-A 800 you can produce to the highest hygiene standards – safely and quickly.

Natural, fiber, cellulose, plastic and natural casings are processed into individual sausages, sausage chains and sausage rings up to 90 mm caliber. The modern and easy-to-use control system allows all parameters to be set to the desired product in a matter of seconds.

Of course, the CDC-A 800 was designed according to the latest hygiene standards, which ensure quick and easy cleaning. The chrome-nickel steel construction of the CDC-A 800 guarantees the highest value retention.

In addition to the available options such as the automatic loop inserter, spool clip system and thread dispenser for ring goods, the “PERFEX Labeler” will also soon be available as a labeling system. Clip machines of the CDC‐A series can be connected to all commercially available filling machines and are supplied with a height‐adjustable undercarriage as standard.
